Project Supervisor

The key to our success lies in the ability of our team leaders to manage and motivate construction personnel effectively. We are seeking a skilled Project Supervisor with extensive experience in leading site operations on building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality policies, practices, and procedures as outlined in Management Plans and OH&S legislative requirements.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly on-site activities and associated resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Review and adjust the project schedule as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Implement and monitor Company policies and practices on safety, industrial relations, and quality assurance at the work site.
  • Guarantee quality and adherence to standards and contract documents.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary or trade qualification in a construction-related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising site operations on large-scale building construction projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead on-site activities to meet programme, cost, and quality targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
