This role involves managing a significant and richly diverse portfolio consisting of grain, cattle, dairy and cotton producers. The customers have credit facilities from $10M-$50M, typically large multi-generational family-owned businesses operating in Queensland.

The role is based in Brisbane HQ but may involve working from the office, a client site or remotely. We encourage flexibility to meet client needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.
  • Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions while owning proactive risk management responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Ability to relocate to Brisbane or easily commutable locations for this exciting career growth opportunity.
  • Passion for building customer-centric solid relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing and growing significant complex portfolios.
  • Comfortable driving business origination across diverse customer sectors.
  • Extensive Agribusiness experience in various sectors with sound regional professional networks.
  • Tenacious, resilient, confident and self-starters with qualifications in commerce, finance or related fields advantageous.
