Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Liaison Officer to join our team in Werribee and Hoppers Crossing. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and fulfillment, working closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

This is a casual position, working between 20-38 hours per week, from 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be able to provide top-notch service to Victorians on the road, both in-person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold Client Policies: Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to their policies, providing constructive feedback to aid in growth, and serving customers face-to-face with professionalism.
  • Licence Testing: Test and assess learner drivers on well-defined courses, offering unbiased feedback to aid in their development.
  • Cash Handling and Administration: Process payments, manage cash, and conclude end-of-day banking meticulously, while managing administrative duties and updating critical data in systems seamlessly.
