About the Role

This is a casual position working within our menswear store, assisting customers with their shopping needs and providing product knowledge to drive sales. You will work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers
  • Drive sales through effective product recommendations, promotions, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement
