Job Title: Training Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Coordinator to join our Rail Training team based in Seven Hills, NSW.

The role involves managing training documentation, generating reports, liaising with stakeholders, tracking costs, updating training calendars, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of training.

  • Key responsibilities include uploading competency documents, generating expiry reports, liaising with internal and external partners, tracking fee for service models, updating training materials, and using computer systems for coordination and recording information.

To be successful in this role, you will have 3-5 years' experience in an equivalent position, proficiency in administration and document management practices, and experience using databases.

As part of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

This is a 16-month contract position.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, human resources)
  • 3-5 years' experience in training coordination or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
