Leading a Construction Team

We have a rare opportunity available for an experienced Construction Site Lead to be part of our hardworking and dedicated team.
This role requires a high calibre individual with a strong track record of On-Site experience working on commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes
- Coordinate trades onsite and ensure projects are completed on time and to our high standards
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
- Ensure environmental controls are suitable and implemented, monitored and reviewed
- Review and understand all subcontractor and supplier scope of works
About You - Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in a similar role in class 2 – 9 construction as defined under the building codes of Australia (BCA)
- Relevant trade background and competencies
- Open Builders Supervision license issued by QBCC
- Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
- Willingness to lead and motivate team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to delivering results and meeting goals
