Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our high-profile construction project in the Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, working with senior stakeholders, and overseeing large teams.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to completion. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans to achieve key milestones and objectives.
- Manage and coordinate with a large team of contractors, including site managers, supervisors, and HSE advisors.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years' experience as a project manager in a Tier 1/Tier 2 environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading large teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with project management software, such as MSP, JobPac, and Procore.
