We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Foreman to lead our construction team on a diverse range of commercial projects. This is a unique opportunity for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our build team.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of on-site experience and be responsible for conducting site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes. They will also be required to co-ordinate trades onsite, work with a site manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to our high standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in a similar role in class 2 – 9 construction as defined under the building codes of Australia (BCA) and possess relevant trade background and competencies. They will also have excellent communication skills, be able to lead and motivate team members, and be committed to delivering outstanding results.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage a team of tradespeople on-site
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Co-ordinate with site managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery and efficiency
About You
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role in class 2 – 9 construction as defined under the building codes of Australia (BCA)
  • Relevant trade background and competencies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
