Jones Radiology is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated clinical teams. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in upholding our brand promise and delivering an exceptional patient and referrer experience.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at multiple Jones Radiology clinic locations. The successful applicant will work Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between the core hours of 6:15am and 9:00pm.
As a Medical Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression of our practice.
- Assist with patient billing and other in-clinic duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with our clinical teams.
- Schedule medical imaging appointments with care and efficiency, minimizing wait times and ensuring a smooth patient journey.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Cultivate strong relationships with patients, referrers, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
