Key Responsibilities- Assist in Delivering Clinical Services: Work under the direction of physiotherapists and occupational therapists to deliver a consistently high standard of clinical service to clients.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, including collecting referrals, ordering equipment, and maintaining accurate records.
- Client Support: Provide support to clients in Residential Aged Care settings, including transporting residents to and from therapy sessions and setting up and packing away equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Professional Development: Participate in mentoring, supervision, and appraisals to ensure ongoing professional development and growth.
- Qualifications: Minimum Cert III Allied Health Assistant or equivalent.
- Australian Working Rights: Hold Australian working rights.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Possess knowledge of healthcare principles and practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Clinical Knowledge: Possess knowledge of clinical procedures and protocols.
- Drivers License: Hold a valid drivers license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
