Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to coordinate multiple, complex IT projects concurrently.

This is a permanent role that will see you ensure successful delivery aligned with schedules and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply industry-standard project management methodologies to plan and deliver projects.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, requirements, and facilitate regular client engagements.
  • Develop metrics to measure project performance and implement control/reporting procedures.
  • Address change management and scope-related issues proactively.
  • Create and deliver high-quality project documentation and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Resource Management Office to manage project staffing and resource allocation.

About You:

  • Australian Citizenship and an active Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) Security Clearance - Essential.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing IT multiple projects within a Defence or National Security agency.
  • A minimum of 10 years of total project management experience, with experience in agile methodologies.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise open source solutions is advantageous.
