Full-time Caregiver Opportunity

The Role- Conduct holistic assessments and develop individualised care plans for our residents.
- Evaluate and make informed clinical decisions to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
- Guide our care team to provide exceptional care that meets individual needs and preferences.
To achieve this, you will possess:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated experience in Aged Care or Hospital settings.
- Availability to work a rotating roster including morning, afternoon and night duties.
- Ability to communicate effectively and patiently with a range of residents with various health issues.
