Job Overview

This is a high-profile, complex litigation role where the successful candidate will work alongside experienced practitioners to advise clients on matters including public and product liability, professional indemnity claims, coronial inquests, and catastrophic matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with a diverse client base that includes major domestic and international insurers, loss adjusters, underwriters, government bodies, and self-insured corporates.
  • Complex Litigation: Work on high-profile, complex matters involving public & product liability, professional indemnity claims, coronial inquests, and catastrophic matters.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with industry-leading partners in a firm known for its collaborative approach and legal excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
