Job Description

We are seeking a skilled commercial litigation specialist to join our team.

This is an opportunity to work with experienced litigators on high-profile disputes and contribute to the growth and success of our respected group.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation, strong technical capabilities, and excellent analytical skills.

You will be working closely with partners and seasoned professionals, providing expert legal services to clients from individuals to large corporations.

About the Role
  • Responsible for managing complex commercial litigation cases, ensuring timely resolutions and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions and strategies for client matters.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on commercial disputes, contract law, and related areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Post-admission experience in commercial litigation (2-3 years).
  • Strong technical capabilities in contract law, torts, and equity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
