About The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional to lead our Connected Communities team. As a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, strengthening partnerships, and driving strategic planning and budget management for community assets.

  • Leading and mentoring a small team of professionals to deliver outstanding results.
  • Strengthening relationships with stakeholders to improve access and outcomes for our community.
  • Overseeing governance and compliance across community assets, ensuring safe and effective operations.
  • Driving strategic planning and management for Halls & Hubs, aligning with organizational priorities.

You will also collaborate across teams to ensure seamless facility operations and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence within our organization.

What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, or facility governance.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a track record of delivering high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinking and management skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Knowledge of agreements, leases, and licensing processes, with the ability to navigate complex regulations.
  • Familiarity with software systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build trust.
