The Enrolled Nurse – Night Shift position at John Hunter Hospital offers a unique opportunity for professionals to provide high-quality patient care in a low-acuity, high-support environment. This role requires the ability to deliver individualized care under the guidance of experienced Registered Nurses and collaborate with the nursing team and allied staff to ensure safe and effective care.
As an Enrolled Nurse working night shifts, you will be responsible for supporting a calm and well-supported environment for patients and staff alike. This involves prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and demonstrating compassionate and patient-centered care.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Current Authority to Practice with AHPRA
- Medication Endorsed where applicable
- Permanent night shift availability
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Detail-oriented and professional conduct
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
