Key Role in Strategic Leadership
The Human Resources Manager is a pivotal position within an organization, responsible for providing strategic direction and support to the People team. As a HR leader, you will be instrumental in developing strong functional relationships with site Operations Managers and the broader Management Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage site recruiting from start to finish
- Oversee Employee life cycle for the site
- Foster a culture of engagement
- Develop workforce plans
- Lead Change Management initiatives
- Oversee Injury management & RTW functions
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager on employee well-being
- Provide expert HR advice to Site leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Coach line managers effectively
- Manage Employee relations matters professionally
