Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Measuring and Quoting Team Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and guide our measuring and quoting process.

About the Role

  • This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the measuring and quoting team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all measures and quotes are accurate, timely, and meet the required standards.
  • You will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience and accurate order processing.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Leading and managing the measuring and quoting team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Providing coaching and training to team members to ensure consistency in service delivery and adherence to process standards.
    • Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and installation methods.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, or supervising a small team in a customer-facing or construction environment.
  • Confidence in measuring and interpreting floor plans and site drawings.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical skills for precise measurements and calculations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
