Program Manager Role

The Queensland Treasury Corporation has partnered with the University of Queensland to deliver educational content and uplift the financial acumen of its public sector clients. The Executive Education Program Manager is responsible for planning and project management of the education program, providing strategic support functions, including stakeholder management, coordination, and delivery of program initiatives.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Contribute to identifying and implementing strategic initiatives within the program.
  • Manage key relationships between the education program partner, internal, and external parties.
  • Operational management of the Education Program, including overseeing deliverables and contract.
  • Manage custom workshop initiatives, including understanding client needs and discussing options.
  • Business process improvement, including leading process improvements and implementing new technologies.
  • Management reporting and analytics, including analysing and interpreting client data.
  • Marketing and communication, including supporting webinars and digital marketing opportunities.
  • Contract management, including supporting negotiation of new service offerings.
  • Industry engagement, including seeking conference sponsorship and public speaking opportunities.

  • Experience in gathering and analysing data to support insights and decision making.
  • Experience in understanding client needs and briefing providers.
  • Experience in identifying and delivering business improvement strategies and practices.
