We are seeking a Travel Professional to join our team. As a Sales Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for planning and booking travel itineraries, working with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description

You will work full-time in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade, where you will plan itineraries, book travel, and convert enquiries into bookings for our customers. You will also work towards individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, selling the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and book travel itineraries for customers
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet individual KPIs and sales targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organisational skills, a genuine passion for travel, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have a savviness with computers, ready to toggle between various complex systems when finding the right flight and package options for your customers.
