  • Setting a high bar for engineering standards and coordinating with infrastructure and quality teams.
  • Accountability for delivering technical solutions within estimated timeframes.
  • Influencing and solving problems with senior, mid, and junior engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Mentoring and guiding more junior engineers in an impactful and meaningful way to their growth trajectory.
  • Collaborating with product and design teams to discover and estimate solution options to key strategic initiatives.
  • Researching, creating proofs-of-concept, and introducing new technologies to the team. Advocating for and adopting the latest trends and enhancing the developer experience.
  • Forming a key member of the technical leadership team, driving standards, ways of working, and platform decision-making.
  • Breaking down problems into impactful milestones and tasks, delivering value incrementally.
  • Sharing expertise through documentation, design reviews, code contributions, presentations, and technology discussions.
