Technical Operations Manager Role

We're seeking a senior technical leader to join our team in Sydney.

This daily hands-on role combines operational leadership with direct technical work, ensuring the smooth delivery of technology services across various platforms.

  • Lead IT operations – oversee support services and manage escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Be a senior technical SME – provide deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, networking, and endpoint management, prioritizing performance, security, and reliability.
  • Drive operational excellence – implement proactive maintenance, enhance monitoring, and improve endpoint and identity management.
  • Manage people and partners – mentor and guide support analysts, manage workload, and hold vendors accountable for outcomes.
  • Deliver projects – lead or contribute to technology initiatives such as Windows 11 rollouts and Intune uplifts.
  • Ensure business alignment – translate technical priorities into tangible business value, balancing security with usability.
