Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Associate to join our team at Coopers Plains, QLD.

This Full-Time position reports to the Manufacturing Manager and involves operating Gyprock workstations to ensure efficient production while maintaining quality, low cost, and safe work practices.

  1. Safety Champion: Pursue a zero-harm environment by identifying and mitigating hazards.
  2. Raw Materials Management: Ensure adequate stock levels for the production schedule, including PBL reel preparation.
  3. Quality Control: Maintain process settings and adhere to approved formulation and testing consistent with National testing matrix requirements.
  4. Data Entry: Record and enter production and quality data using CSR's online systems.
  5. Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts as required for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Safety Awareness: Ability to identify and mitigate hazards
  • Attention to Detail: Maintaining quality and process settings
  • Rotating Shift Work: Willingness to adapt to changing shift schedules
  • Production Operations Expertise: Proven success in similar roles, preferably in high volume, multi-stage continuous manufacturing/factory environments
  • Forklift License: Required for this role
  • Understanding of Production Operations: Strong understanding of production operations and processes
