Job Title: Sales and Education Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven salesperson with luxury retail experience to join our team as a Sales and Education Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing action plans to achieve retail sales targets, KPIs, and objectives.
  • Analyze and review counter sales and BA performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain a sales-driven atmosphere that focuses on achieving sales and profit goals.
  • Provide virtual and on-counter training and coaching in brand products and customer service.
  • Identify training and coaching needs of assigned counters and develop strategies to address them.
  • Partner with the education team to further develop customer service skills.
  • Provide updates on new launches and work with the education team on staff uniform orders.
  • Identify opportunities to hold on-counter or off-counter events to drive artist and consumer engagement and drive sales.
  • Assist in planning and leading all events, working with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coach counter managers on leading and managing the store and team during events.
  • Assist in GWP and POSM plan and execution.
  • Ensure counter managers have the correct tools and training to manage inventory levels properly.
  • Recommend and maintain the inventory of display and merchandising materials.
  • Identify slow-moving products or overstocks and develop a sell-through plan.
  • Ensure assortment is relevant to each counter.
Human Resources:
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring quality management and retail staff.
  • Provide ongoing training to empower counter managers to run their businesses successfully.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to counter managers and BAs on their job performance.
  • Initiate strong internal relations to encourage healthy business development.
  • Maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through team building and motivation.
  • Manage time, establish priorities, and delegate effectively to meet goals and objectives.

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel.
Skills and Experience:
  • Tertiary education, diploma, or university graduate preferred.
  • Previous retail management experience in the cosmetic field preferred.
  • Training and coaching background a plus.
  • Travel retail experience advantageous.
  • Intermediate skills across the Microsoft Suite of tools.
