Airport Sales and Education Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven sales professional with luxury retail experience to join our team as an Airport Sales and Education Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business objectives through supporting in physical and virtual coaching in their designated region, and efficient maintaining the assigned operation tasks including planning and execution.
This role will require the ability to work autonomously and contribute to the team, manage multiple priorities and time management, and have a proactive and positive approach to work and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales:
- Assist in developing and executing action plans to achieve retail sales targets, KPI and objectives of assigned counters.
- Analyze and review counter sales and BA performance to develop strategies to improve performance.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere that is focused on achieving sales and profit goals.
Training & Coaching:
- Provide virtual and on-counter training and coaching in the areas of brand products and customer service.
- Identify training and coaching needs of the assigned counter.
- Partner with education team to further develop customer service of the team.
Promotions:
- Identify opportunities to hold on-counter or off-counter events to drive artists and consumer engagement and drive sales.
- Assist in planning and leading all events, working with relevant stakeholders.
Inventory:
- Ensure counter managers have correct tools and training to manage inventory levels properly.
- Recommend and maintain the inventory of display and merchandising materials.
Human Resources:
- Assist in recruiting and hiring the quality of management and retail staff required to meet brand standards of excellence.
- Provide on-going training to empower counter manager to run their businesses successfully.

- The ability to work autonomously and contribute to the team.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and time management.

- Good planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel.
Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary education, diploma or university graduate preferred.
- Previous retail management experience in cosmetic field preferred.
- Training and coaching background a plus.
- Travel Retail experience advantageous.
- Intermediate skills across the Microsoft Suite of tools – Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
