Job Description for Airport Sales & Education Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven salesperson with luxury retail experience to join our team as an Airport Sales & Education Supervisor.

This role is responsible for achieving business objectives through supporting physical and virtual coaching in designated regions. The selected candidate will also be responsible for maintaining assigned operation tasks, including planning and execution.

The ideal candidate should be a self-motivator who understands and can cope well with the Travel Retail environment. This position will have access to confidential information and requires personal characteristics of discretion and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retail Sales:
  • Assist ASOM in developing and executing action plans to achieve retail sales targets, KPI, and objectives.
  • Analyze and review counter sales and BA performance to ASOM and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere focused on achieving sales and profit goals.
  • Training & Coaching:
  • Provide virtual and on-counter training and coaching in brand products and customer service.
  • Identify training and coaching needs of assigned counters.
  • Partner with the education team to further develop customer service.
  • Promotions:
  • Identify opportunities to hold on-counter or off-counter events to drive artist and consumer engagement and drive sales.
  • Assist ASOM in planning and leading events, working with stakeholders.
  • Inventory:
  • Ensure counter managers have correct tools and training to manage inventory levels properly.
  • Recommend and maintain display and merchandising materials.
  • Human Resources:
  • Assist SEE in recruiting and hiring quality management and retail staff.
  • Provide ongoing training to empower counter managers to run their businesses successfully.
