Job Overview:

The Chief Creative Director plays a pivotal role in our Product Engineering team, partnering with leaders to establish a robust user experience design practice.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate a compelling user-centred design vision and strategy
  • Mentor and coach the team to integrate design consistently and efficiently
  • Champion design excellence, ensuring high standards of quality, creativity and innovation
  • Contribute to product discovery and embed a product-led culture across the organisation
  • Act as design advocate, promoting the value of design and influencing stakeholders
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong experience as a leader in the design space
  • Proven experience in a senior design leadership role, preferably as a 'chief creative director' or similar
  • Demonstrable experience in product discovery and understanding of the end-to-end life cycle
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual and interaction design, service design, user research and creating design systems
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, particularly with regard to working cross-functionally and with executive leaders
  • Highly developed leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in leading a team of UX designers
