Events Planning Specialist

The primary responsibility of an Event Coordinator is to oversee the planning, organization, and execution of various events. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event execution
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote events
- Liaise with kitchen and front-of-house supervisors to ensure smooth event operations
- Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale events

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in event planning or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
