Financial Crime professionals are sought after by organizations to oversee and manage data domain governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing strategic and technical roadmaps, supporting the development of data domain maturity initiatives, and engaging with cross-functional teams.

The role requires collaboration with risk and compliance communities to advance an organization's Financial Crime agenda. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of data quality rules and dashboards for critical data elements
  • Resolving data issues through prioritization, root cause analysis, and implementation of controls
  • Supporting risk assessments for change initiatives impacting the data domain
  • Coordinating and assisting in delivering training programs to raise awareness of data domain governance and controls
  • Participating in performing data domain self-assessments on risks and controls

A successful candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in data, risk, governance, assurance, financial crime or related fields. They should have a strong understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices. Excellent analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are also required.
