Job Overview

We are seeking a Cloud Architect to develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers and drive long-term cloud adoption.

You will provide valuable feedback and insights from customers and partners back to the relevant teams to enable continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with key customer IT decision makers to drive cloud adoption.
  • Provide actionable feedback and insights from customers and partners to the relevant teams.
  • Owning pipeline delivery and ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
  • Drive Customer Success business results by working closely with technical decision makers.
  • Lead Architectural Design Sessions to build plans for implementing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, database systems, data analytics, and/or technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, database systems, data analytics, and/or technology solutions.
