We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic IT professional to join our team as a Level 1 IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
As a Level 1 IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries and will provide timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.
- Administer support and maintenance to Microsoft Windows Desktop & Server
- Provide assistance with Microsoft Exchange & 365 administration
- Support remote access and monitoring systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Level 1 Helpdesk support analyst
- Familiarity with the Microsoft stack (Exchange, 365 administration, etc.)
- Basic network troubleshooting skills
- Basic VOIP telephone system support experience
