This is a highly specialized role that involves providing foundational level 1 IT assistance to clients, encompassing a broad spectrum of software, hardware, and in-house systems.

As the initial point of contact for technical inquiries, our goal is to deliver efficient problem resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing requests and logging them in our system
  • Providing information for problem resolution and allocating unresolved calls
  • Educating end users on how to resolve issues
  • Maintaining a knowledge base of known errors and fixes
  • Communicating with customers and team members to provide status updates and feedback
  • Organizing workload to ensure quality client services and meet deadlines

We are seeking an individual with experience working with Microsoft platforms, familiarity with Active Directory, basic troubleshooting skills, and exceptional customer service.

This is a 12 month contract position, based in Brisbane CBD. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
