Are you looking to launch your career in a dynamic and rapidly growing industry? As a Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in building strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely communication, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in international freight forwarding or customer service, with knowledge of CargoWise preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an allocated client portfolio from quotation through to pre-alert
  • Generate customer quotations
  • Manage Purchase Orders and provide status updates
  • Liaise with overseas agents for shipment execution
  • Ensure timely receipt and handover of documentation
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate changes to clients
  • Collaborate closely with operations and commercial teams
Requirements:
  • International freight forwarding or customer service experience essential
  • CargoWise knowledge preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to build relationships
  • Ability to learn quickly and contribute to team outcomes
  • Attention to detail and prioritization skills
