We are seeking a skilled and experienced Packaging Machine Operator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, operating packaging machinery and ensuring high-quality products meet customer specifications.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all packing equipment functions smoothly and efficiently, reporting any equipment faults
  • Conducting regular quality control checks, verifying that labelling and printing meet all requirements
  • Ensuring bags are correctly filled, sealed, and the finished product meets all specifications
  • Completing necessary documentation clearly and fully, accurately scanning barcodes to track products and ensure proper inventory management
  • Actively working to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Upholding high standards in safety, quality, productivity, and reliability
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Forklift operator licence (or willing to obtain)
