Operational Production Specialist

Description

The Operational Production Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all production duties are carried out in accordance with written procedures, internal standards and relevant external standards acts and/or regulations.

This role involves working in a safe manner, adhering to Occupational Health and Safety policy guidelines and Western Australian Workplace Health and Safety legislation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality products, meeting documented specifications, and minimizing product losses during operations.

Furthermore, they will ensure that the service provided to customers is of the highest possible standard.

This position requires the ability to read, write, comprehend operating procedures and communicate effectively under test conditions.

A formal certification in relevant production activities and two years of exposure to industrial environments are essential requirements for this role.

The ideal candidate should be able to work day, night and afternoon shifts on a rotational or relief basis if necessary.

An understanding and appreciation of Manual Handling and the implications relating to working within the guidelines of the Dangerous Goods Act are also required.

Requirements
  • Forklift operator's competency.
  • A formal certification in relevant production activities.
  • Two years of exposure to industrial environments.
  • Able to work day, night and afternoon shifts on a rotational or relief basis if necessary.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend operating procedures and communicate answers under test conditions.
  • An understanding and appreciation of Manual Handling.
