Job Summary

Relatbl is seeking a highly skilled Information and Records Management Officer to join our team. As an Information and Records Management Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of our electronic records.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, collating, exporting, and providing electronic records in accordance with current policies, legislation, and procedures. You will also be responsible for handling sensitive and classified information in accordance with our policies and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate electronic records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Collate and export electronic records in accordance with established procedures
  • Provide electronic records to authorized personnel in a timely and efficient manner
  • Update and maintain the integrity of our information and record management systems
  • Handle sensitive and classified information in accordance with our policies and requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will also need to be able to operate under broad direction and exercise a degree of independence.
