With over 30 years of experience in delivering premium sustainable packaging solutions, they are looking for a professional who can nurture warm leads, create new business opportunities, and be the first connection for potential clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Promote products and services to existing and potential customers
* Build and strengthen key customer relationships, identify opportunities for sales growth and added value to an existing customer base
* Investigate, qualify and prioritise new business opportunities
* Work to achieve agreed sales targets, generating business through face-to-face appointments and networking
* Build trusting relationships with customers through solutions-based sales and after sales service
* Provide accurate reporting to management identifying sales activities, achievements and opportunities
**Requirements**
* Demonstrated Business Development experience in the machinery/technical industry
* Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
* Highly driven, with the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets
* Ability to develop and nurture long-term customer relationships
* Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
* Sound computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems
* Current drivers licence
