Supporting First Nations Children with Disability

We are seeking a Community Coordinator to join our team in Northern NSW. The role involves supporting First Nations children aged 0-9 with disabilities or developmental delays.

You will be working closely with families to establish meaningful goals and aspirations for their child, providing community connections and linkages to mainstream services, and promoting cultural safety and support within the workplace.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential Requirements:
  • Aboriginality confirmed by a common seal and a reference from an Aboriginal organisation or community group
  • Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood or Allied Health desirable
  • Understanding of child protection principles and Keep Them Safe
