**The Role**

We are seeking a passionate Supported Playgroup Coordinator to lead a weekly playgroup program for children aged 0-5 years. This role focuses on fostering the development and wellbeing of both children and parents, while addressing barriers to participation and promoting inclusivity.

Working within a community development framework, you will collaborate with local stakeholders to promote the playgroup, build referral pathways, and create a supportive, accessible environment for families.

**Selection Criteria**
- Essential_
- A relevant tertiary level degree and/or 2 years’ experience.
- Experience working with and facilitating 0-5 age groups - including program planning and case note writing
- Experience in building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships with
- Knowledge of community development frameworks and best practices within the community sector
- Knowledge and interest in writing and developing social medica and online content for program promotion
- Additional requirements_
- Current NSW Working With Children’s Check
- National Police check
- Current NSW Drivers License
