About the Role

Flying Bark Productions is seeking a highly skilled CG Lighting Artist to join our team. As a key member of our visual effects team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality lighting and rendering solutions for our animated productions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with compositors and creative leads to achieve the creative brief set by the VFX Supervisor
  • Confidently use provided tools and software to execute and deliver high-quality visual style
  • Develop and maintain consistency of lighting across all shots
  • Optimize and troubleshoot lighting and rendering problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Work closely with compositors to bring shots from lighting through to final while maintaining timing and production quotas
  • Successfully interpret and execute creative briefs, whether verbal or visual
  • Contribute to a positive team dynamic and maintain good communication with colleagues
