The Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs is seeking applications for permanent PO2 Child Safety Officer (CSO) vacancies in our Brisbane and Moreton Bay Region Child Safety Service Centres.

COS work in teams based in CSSC covering specific geographical areas across Queensland. They are responsible for delivering statutory child protection services including assessment, intervention, casework and case management in accordance with legislation and practice guidelines.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a high level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
