Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Child Protection Practitioner. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people.


This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, young people, and their families. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients, while also working collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver statutory child protection services, including assessment, intervention, casework, and case management
  • Work closely with children, young people, and their families to understand their needs and develop effective plans to support them
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers, psychologists, and police officers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting our clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to build trust and promote collaborative practice

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, or behavioral science. A valid driver's license is also required.
