Occupational Health and Wellbeing Lead

World Vision Australia is seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Wellbeing Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing contemporary HS&W leadership, governance, and support to ensure a unified culture of safety, wellbeing, and operational excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of this role include prevention, early intervention, and business-wide implementation of plans to improve WHS outcomes. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for proactive management of all aspects relating to incidents, injury management and workers compensation, as well as reviewing and designing employee experiences that provide contemporary care and support environment.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require strong knowledge of Australian health and safety legislation and experience managing projects and change in systems and organisational culture. You will also need extensive experience in conducting investigations into work, health, and safety matters and strong technical knowledge of safety and security management principles and practices.

Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $110,000 - $140,000 AUD depending on location and level of experience.
