Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and navigate the loan process from start to finish.

  • Coordinate with clients to gather supporting documents and ensure timely lodgements.
  • Process discharges and facilitate settlements, maintaining accurate records throughout.
  • Provide ongoing professional support to clients post-approval and settlement.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing client files in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available.
  • Following up on lodgements and resolving any issues that may arise during the processing stage.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in residential loan processing.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport quickly.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
