Home Lending Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Home Lending Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline of residential lending clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in home lending or advisory, a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred), and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

You will work closely with clients, lenders, and stakeholders throughout the loan process, using our tools and systems to drive efficiency and client outcomes.

As a Home Lending Specialist, you will have access to a full CRM system, lender panel, lead support & compliance systems, and training and mentoring opportunities to support your growth and success.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of residential lending clients
  • Structure tailored loan solutions and present strategic advice
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and stakeholders throughout the process
  • Use our tools and systems to drive efficiency and client outcomes

Requirements:
