Seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide front-line services and administrative support in our busy medical practice.

About the Role

This role provides an opportunity to work closely with patients, doctors, and staff, guiding them through administrative and financial aspects of their treatment.

  • Provide high quality reception and secretarial services
  • Greet patients and visitors in person and on the phone
  • Schedule appointments for patients
  • Conduct general office and administrative duties
  • Open and close the clinic as required

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role (advantageous)
  • Able to multitask and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Critical attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using software applications (advantageous)
  • Strong customer service skills
