As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in coordinating staff on shift to deliver outstanding service with a personal touch.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promoting a positive and inclusive culture
  • Delivering consistently high standards of customer service
  • Maintaining the flow of service and product quality
  • Set up/opening and or pack down/closing of the restaurant
  • Service, equipment and technical problem solving
  • End of shift reporting
  • Daily adherence to RSA compliance
  • A fantastic attitude
  • A sound knowledge of food, drink, bartending, serving, door hosting
  • Available to work nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Current NSW RSA
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise
