We are currently seeking a diligent and customer-focused team member to join our operations as a Guest Services Coordinator. As the face of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To deliver outstanding customer service face-to-face and over the phone
  • To assist with administrative and cleaning tasks
  • To maintain the cleanliness of accommodation units, amenities, and common areas
  • To utilize in-house booking systems effectively
  • To work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team

About You:

  • You must be warm, enthusiastic, and willing to work a flexible 7-day roster
  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You should have intermediate computer knowledge and experience with booking software
  • You should have prior experience in accommodation services, stock management, and handling transactions

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is essential
  • First Aid Level 2 certification
  • CPR certification
  • A national police check upon commencement
  • A Working with Children check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NewBook experience (Accommodation booking system)
  • A similar accommodation booking software program
