Lead Plumbing Supervisor Job

You will be responsible for managing plumbing operations on various high-end residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role involves overseeing planning, quoting, and coordinating works.

This is an ideal position for someone with extensive experience in construction plumbing and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in construction plumbing (5+ years preferred)
  • Confidence estimating, quoting, and planning plumbing works
  • A proactive attitude and ability to lead by example
  • Strong communication skills with clients and site teams

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversight of plumbing works on-site from in ground to rough-in and fit-off
  2. Quote and plan upcoming jobs in collaboration with the director
  3. Coordinate with builders, clients, and suppliers
  4. Supervise junior plumbers and apprentices
  5. Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and workmanship
