Commercial Banking Relationship Executives play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing innovative financial solutions to support their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client portfolios through exceptional client service and relationship management.
- Identify and pursue new-to-bank opportunities by leveraging network partnerships and referrals.
- Gain a deep understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions.
- Establish a strong profile and presence on behalf of the organization across the region.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
- A minimum of solid experience in building and leading a Business Banking portfolio and lending above $1m.
- Deep knowledge of banking products and services.
- Highly skilled in credit analysis, comfortable with financial analysis, and possessing a strong understanding of financial documents and cash-flow drivers.
- Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business.
